- With Gas Safe Register, where a notification is legally required for work carried out.

Any third party we work with is required to keep your information secure and to only use it for the purpose we’ve asked them to.
Retention of Your Personal Data

- Installation and warranty records: retained for the length of the manufacturer warranty on your installation (up to 10 years), so we can support any warranty claim.
- Correspondence (emails, call notes): kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, to handle any follow-up queries.
- Website usage data (cookies, IP addresses): kept for up to 24 months from the date of collection.
We may retain data for longer where we have a legal obligation to do so, where it’s needed to establish or defend a legal claim, or where it exists in backup systems awaiting routine deletion. When a retention period ends, we securely delete or anonymise the data.
